By default, you can unlock your Mac by pressing the Control (⌃) + Q shortcut or your specially configured emergency hotkey sequence.
MacOS requires Accessibility permissions for an application to effectively intercept and block keyboard and trackpad inputs globally. We do not use this permission for anything other than locking input.
